Meet Susan

Music has always been more than something I teach - it's something I've lived.

For over 40 years I've worked with students of all ages and levels, helping them not only develop their skills in piano and voice, but also build confidence, express themselves, and discover what makes their voice uniquely  their own.

I studied at Berklee College of Music, where I deepened my understanding of performance, interpretation, and musical expression. Over the years, I've performed, taught, and guided students through many stages of their musical journey - from first notes to advanced work.

But what matters most to me isn't perfection.

It's connection.

I believe music should feel supportive, encouraging, and alive. Whether you're a complete beginner, returning after time away, or looking to grow more deeply as a musician, lessons are always tailored to your pace, your goals, and your comfort level.

Many of my students stay for years - not just because they're learning, but because they feel seen, supported, and inspired. 

Teaching for me, is not just about music.

It's about helping people find their voice.

I've always believed that when we learn to listen -truly listen - something deeper begins to unfold.
